I have been charged for over a year for a subscription when I never even got my device. I wasn't supposed to be charged until I actually had a device and I never got one. I want a phone number but all they have is chat and they send a request to some unknown department that denied my request. I was given nothing for this money and google should be ashamed for trying to keep it.
Hi @pykus342 there's no requirement to have the device to play on Stadia. My guess is you signed up for the free trial and didn't cancel the Pro subscription. Hopefully you already cancel it by now so you won't get charged for future months.
As you already work with support, your best chance of resolving this is to keep working with them, as nobody here will be able to help you with this kind of issue.

what device are you talking about?
I know you don't need any new devices to play on stadia because you are able to load the site on any chromium based browser (Google chrome and the new Microsoft edge to give two examples) and using the latest iOS you can play on your iPhone or iPad as well with just what you have already.
Also the stadia pro subscription is completely optional to use stadia. Yes it provides more features but to play a game that you bought you have no gaming limit per day or any other length of time.

@pykus342 Then if you really want to get help now, you can use the chat option, or call if it's available, which will allow you to talk to someone directly. The Stadia Guides are just volunteers and not employed by Google, so none of us here will be able to help with billing/purchase issues.
If you contact support Stadia support through chat, they are employed by Google and will be able to help you with these issues.

When you reach out to support, there's an option for Chat/ Call. Depending on which country and time of day, some option may not be available. Keep in mind this is weekend, so availability will be limited. Please try going through the support option and you should see the option at the end part of the form

IT's Stadia's fault for not having a phone number to call. I'm going to try every avenue I have to to get attention.
@pykus342 There is a way to get support on the phone, but it's not always available. If you follow the steps to reach support like what I explained in your other post, you can see the options. You can try the current available options, but posting the same topic over and over again in the community will not increase your chance of getting help. Feel free to reach out to the Stadia team through their social channel as well (Twitter and Facebook). The links can be found from the support page

Did you subscribe for Stadia Pro? If you end your trial, you need to cancel the subscription before the renewal as explained here: https://support.google.com/product-documentation/answer/9609879?hl=en
Do you receive email about these charges or do you see on your bank statements?
