I play two games they run amazing but are dead

Destiny 2 and ghost recon, destiny is totally free ghost recon was £12 but finding multiplayer games is a tedious process making me consider moving on, a bit concerned nobody is playing these the games they run brilliant compared to Xbox one and with Google giving away the service still nobody is playing.

My advice would be get rid of bank card authorization to create an account, kids can't just load this up and try they need payment authorization first so maybe get rid of that process because without this an adult only service and hardly the way to get numbers playing, open it up Google.

Oh and another thing the experience using stadia on Chrome with h264 codec was in a word disgusting, all my problems with input lag and display changed after changing to vp9 but nowhere did I see that vp9 was highly recommend, I'd imagine a lot left due to trying on that codec too

I'd advise you to stick with the single-player component while they work with onboarding more players to the platform. There might be plans to streamline the sign-up process like you suggested, also the codec performance is definitely something that could be looked into.

Like a huge majority I play for the multiplayer experience but after seeing 2 players online in grid after reading about a 40 player race only available on stadia was disappointed the matchmaking on destiny is incredibly slow as well and ghost recon an amazing game should be able to put you in a lobby instantly unless there's only about 10 guys playing multiplayer.

It's a shame it works really well with VP9 anyway, almost like local and that's me using an Xbox one controller kinda tempted to get stadia premiere to try WiFi controller but if no players what's the point.

@User5060 I get where you're coming from but when you compare a recently announced platform like Stadia to other platforms that have been around for close to a decade it's understandable why people who play those games in question might already be doing so on those other platforms. I'd advise you to opt for games that support cross-play with other platforms like The Division 2 in case you wish to play competitive online.

I will hang around till after Christmas just signed up myself after hearing about destiny 2 being fully free to play, funnily enough had to sign up to a pro trial and give bank details before being able to play which wasn't the way it sounded.

The £10 coupon was a nice surprise got ghost recon Wildlands for less than £2 and it's probably best game I ever played, so smooth and good looking even in performance mode.
