@DaveRoox Switzerland is not part of the supported countries... so that's why you can't play.
Stadia availability & requirements
How were you able to purchase and activate the code? It wasn't giving you a warning when you tried to activate?
In this case, it might be a long shot, but your best bet is to contact Stadia support and explain your situation. See what they says.
Go to the link below:

On top right, click on 'Contact Us' > then request chat/callback to speak to a representative. Try it from a computer browser if the option is not shown on mobile
Just curious. How were you able to order Stadia if its not supported in your country?
Mh yeah this is understandable, I would guess you lived in a country before where Stadia was available, so you purchased it and then left to another country (Switzerland in your case).
But yeah according to this article it's best to contact Stadia Support in this case as you are allowed to switch your Stadia country. They should also tell you if you might be able to play games soon in your new country or probably how to leave feedback for the developers. Hope the best for you though!
@DaveRoox Considering Stadia is cloud based which requires constant internet access and communication to servers, it makes sense to roll the product to selected market first. Internet speed and latency is a big issue in some parts of the world, and that could affect customer's satisfaction if the technology is not performing as expected.
Will you still be able to get your package? In this case, you can start a return process for your Founder's Edition. You'll get a refund and the 3 months Pro sub will be revoked.
Here's more info:

If I return my Stadia Controller or Chromecast Ultra, will my subscription be cancelled? Will I be refunded for the Founder's Edition?
If you return all of the contents of the Founder’s Edition within 15 calendar days after the day you received it, your 3-month Stadia Pro subscription will be cancelled and you'll be refunded for your purchase. Returning the Founder's Edition also means you'll lose access to the games you claimed as a Pro subscriber, your Founder's Stadia Name will revert to a standard Stadia Name, and your Founder's Badge will be removed. If the Buddy Pass included with your Founder's Edition has not been redeemed at the time of your return, the Buddy Pass and 3-month Stadia Pro subscription will be voided. If the Buddy Pass has been redeemed at the time of your return, the included three-month Stadia Pro subscription will be cancelled and the redeemer will lose their Stadia Pro benefits.
It depends how long you're willing to wait for updates on country availability I guess, I mean it may never be available in your country right? The FAQ says this:
"If I buy Stadia in a supported country, can it be used in a non-supported country with just performance issues?
No, Stadia will only work when played from the countries currently targeted for launch in November. Stay tuned for our next batch of countries where we'll launch."
so you are saying they wanted to roll out stadia for bad internet countires first, then leave out an extremely huge market where unlimited and very fast internet is actually a thing? seems the worst marketing decision google ever made
@DaveRooxYeah i know with VPN you have more delay but there are some good ones out there with low latency.
The question is it account locked or IP locked to play. So we can bridge with a VPN until normal release ![]()
