I would assume you would have to call Google directly about that.

On top right, click on 'Contact Us' > then request chat/callback to speak to a representative. Try it from a computer browser if the option is not shown on mobile
there no way to change that same thing for me my son enter the code in her email and supose to be mine i call direccly stadia help center and after i chat wy the help center and they cant help me..... the only solution now is call google pay
By all means, address the issue with Google Support. That said, when you redeem your code, it does specifically tell you that the choice can't be reversed, so choose carefully. Hopefully, that's just one of those things they say as a deterrent and they can help you out.
