Hello all,
I've recently started gaming on Stadia, and I think it's awesome!
My problem lies in my dated experience. I'm a child of the Atari 2600, which I was really good with ....
Darn, I miss Asteroid, Space Invaders and Missle Command.!
I did play X Box 360 in the original Halo & Bioshock days, but very little.
I have adapted somewhat to today's generation of games but still seem to have most trouble with war/military games.
Tips and advice would really help.....but I'm trying to find out why such games are most difficult for me.
My play style consists of mostly 2 to 3 button play. I can't seem to acclimate to the MANY buttons that could be useful to me....
I'm hoping to learn any tips or knowledge that helps.
Please Help.....
Any & all feedback is greatly appreciated!
Tom
My personal suggestion for war games is to try with mouse and keyboard, have you tried it? I'm gaming since commodore 64 and still can't play on any first person shooter without mouse and keyboard ![]()
I think you might really enjoy Outcasters. Simple gameplay, third person view shooter and a ton of fun!
If you enjoy games that are more old school or have a very nice pace I would recommend:
Platformers:
But as @MrVacca already noticed: Outcasters is a easy to learn hard to master online game.
The game Killer Queen Black is in the same category as Outcasters.
And the SuperHot series is amazing, not multiplayer but good fun as shooter.
The game only moves when you move. ![]()
