Headphone output

So im trying to play madden nfl local multiplayer but my monitor does not have speakers so we have to plug headphones to the controllers I can only hear sound from my main controller and my brothers controller does not have sound does it have to do with audio output or something?

I think I am correct: Right now it is only possible to send audio to one controller which is connected to the Stadia stream.
Could be a nice addition to send the audio to all connected controllers. Please use the Stadia Feedback option to share your usecase. 

The only workaround now is to connect some speakers to your Stadia controller...
