This has to be a joke right. I have yet to even get my initial refund.
me either....still cant get them to reverse my $199.58 that went to inactive card and send to new payment info....i have told them 30 times i HAVE CALLED THE BANK...they tell me that stadia has to reverse the refund and then refund it to the right one....but NOBDY will listen just tell you contact the bank....contact the bank.....well the bank wont do it .....they said google has to since they are the ones that issued the refund in the first place....you would think you was asking for them to perform surgery
Why is no one being helpful anymore. This forum suddenly is of no help. Support staff just refuse to do **bleep**. Google/ Stadia pretty much at this point is stealing my money.
