@SilverFoxLuso : Yes, I've reported the issue to GIANTS Software, and currently going through their level 1 support process which feels like a game of ping-pong with email currently.

thank you for the replay.
we have test them as you describe and cant find any error or some changes in the settings. So on our side we cant see whats wrong at the game.
We have take them to the to-do list in next checks and have to wait whats going on in the future.
So they are basically saying that they can't find an issue, and they are putting it into a list of things to think about in the future... LOL...
I couldn't even get them to confirm if they bothered to test on Stadia or if they were using a PC version instead....
Just another example of level 1 support that gets nowhere fast IMHO.
@SilverFoxLuso @Exar : Interestingly, GIANTS software are reporting that their settings are indeed saved on Stadia and that they are unable to reproduce the issue that we are experiencing...
There current recommendation is that it is a Stadia issue and not theirs...
I did explain to them that there are a few users experiencing the same issue, and their level 1 support team are quite adamant that this issue is not theirs. I am currently trying to get them to escalate the issue internally so that they can discuss directly with Stadia as obviously Stadia support are quite adamant that game issues are the responsibility of the game development companies...
I just knew that this would be the outcome when neither party wants to take ownership of an issue....
