A few hours ago I bought a game and after playing it for an hour I immediately asked for a refund because I didn't like it.
Now I have received a communication from Google telling me that my request for a refund cannot be accepted because it does not comply with their rules.
I thought that a refund request for a game was indisputable if it met the two criteria of a refund within 14 days of purchase and not having played for more than two hours.
What can I do now?
@pupido10 when you see the amount of time played under the game, how long does it say? It could be that you're just past the 2 hours limit and the system is automatically rejecting your request.
If that's not the case, you can try to contact Stadia support and talk to a representative. See if they can sort it out

I have just spoken to Stadia's support, via chat, and they have accepted my refund.
