unfortunately I bought most of my Stadia games via a wirecard debitcard. So, all the refunds failed and there was no mail or sth. on what to do now. In my account it just says "refund failed"... what am I supposed to do now? It's been 3 weeks ago, so I don't think that Google does sth about the situation...

I had a LOT of failed refunds, including to a bank that was closed down like yours. I know for software, it took weeks (maybe 4 or 5 weeks) after the refund was declined before I got emails to fix payment methods. With my hardware it was much faster, maybe a week or less. So if you haven't gotten it, keep looking for it to come. Unfortunately, Google and Stadia support don't really seem to want to answer a lot of questions about the refunds, because they feel like it's too many people to deal with and they think they're doing the best they can. It stinks when it's not working though. But keep checking for an email from them for the refunds that failed.
Did you double check also spam folder, bin, etc. just to ensure that a possible email from Google did not went in one of these? The email is the only way to provide an alternate payment method currently if a refund fails.
Otherwise you could double check with your bank if they somehow got the money even though the refund failed, it would be weird tbh, but at least you exhaust everything.
Apart from that I guess you can only wait, Google mentioned they plan to process all refunds by Jan 18, 2023. So if you still didn't get your refund by then, you can also get in touch with the Stadia team, but at the moment they are super busy.

Unfortunately, I cannot get in touch with the bank, because the bank does not exist anymore (if you google for wirecard, you can see the desaster that happened with it).
I triple checked spam and all folders.... also it is a google mail address, so I guess I should receive everything they send to me.
