Google, please hire me to help send the mails...

Cus this is f**king rediculous! Hire some **bleep** monkey who can copy and paste mail and code from a **bleep** worksheet! I'm having a hard time understanding the difficulty of sending out mails. Also, what's up with customer service asking me to check junkmail? A mail from Google, sent to a gmail adress, and it might land in junk mail? Get your sh*t together.

To be honest, giving Google Sh** like you do in this way is not really helpful. Guess normally emails are sent out anyway by the system, so there are no persons sitting and sending the code manually to the customers. Therefore unfortunately there is nothing more to do for us than waiting. I still haven't received my code either and when phoning the HW-Team of Google, I am told that I should let them know when I haven't received my code until Friday...so that means waiting waiting waiting.

Yes obviously there's a system for sending out these emails. I wouldn't in a million years believe that Google doesn't have an automated system for everything. My gripe with this entire situation is that there is absolut no communication. I work in IT and never have I heard of an email handling system with this issue. Especially considering they run the biggest mail service in the world in the building next door. Nothing makes sense here and the silence just makes them look rediculous.

The actual customer friendly path would be if the community managers started giving some updates. Not just that the issue is adressed and that "the codes have begun to roll out in sequence". Because that's a lie, just take a quick peak at the forum here or on Reddit.
