Google and its long-term vision with Stadia that leaves us confused

I was impressed by Google's calm in introducing the windows emulator feature: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-N7wDCRohg

Any hurried and desperate platform and company would just find a way to use Wine and Proton!
I see that they have no prey, and prefer to make their own software that is still under development
I think this feature is important to bring old games in which developers don't want to spend a lot of time or money to modify them, that's because I know the platform is fully capable of having new native games!

I also see that Google has been quietly testing various features on Stadia, with some simply testing and leaving it limited or in closed beta!

And that the integration and sale of Stadia games through Youtube, PlayStore was not even delivered, and it is a resource that can bring many users!! it seems that Google doesn't even want many customers at this stage, which makes me confused!

Looks like Google is expecting something! maybe more infrastructure! since surely an initial infrastructure would not be enough for the reach that cloud gaming can provide !! maybe games with exclusive features made by partners! Looks like Google is on a schedule!

I hope they deliver everything they want soon!

@Henrique Thanks for sharing the Youtube link! I must admit it's a bit too technical for me to understand everything, but if my understanding is correct, this will allow more options for developers to bring games to Stadia, which is a good thing!

Stadia Guides are not employed by Google. Opinions are my own.
