Hi today i launched my ghost recon breakpoint and i was if i was playing for the first time. My ancient profile disappeared and the game created a new one for me. What's going on?
@Ajbuzz1n did you just check just now? This used to be an issue but they've rolled out fix to restore the saves in batches. You might be at the end of the batch rollout.

You should contact Ubisoft support that your save game is lost.
This was a known issue. Most users should be restored but looks like your restore failed.
Mine is still not restored and no response from Ubisoft after they incorrectly updated my ticket to say it was fixed. Twitter support is unable to help since the ticket was initiated through the website support system.
All, some good news after weeks of not having my same save - it's now returned! Here's what I did in case it helps anyone:
- raised a ticket via Ubisoft website
-they responded a week later saying it had been fixed; it hadn't. I believe this was a standard response to anyone who raised an issue, as they believed it had been fixed but don't actually check individual accounts
- I responded to the ticket saying it had not in fact been fixed and they should look again. Got a response saying they'd look into it.
- yesterday I checked and everything has been restored, even though I haven't yet had a further response.
So the message is, contact them via the proper channels and don't give up!
Well, at least there is hope. Mine is still gone...
When yours came back, did the game directly bring you to the save slot selector and you were not greated with the ghost experience intro?
Exactly, loaded into the character select slot as before.
When it was restored did you still get the ghost experience intro or did it go right to the save select screen?
I am, to be honest, a little shocked that the stadia team are not exerting more pressure on Ubisoft on this. It's a complete shambles. Ubisoft have completely dropped the ball but Google are just shrugging their shoulders as far as I can see.
To be blunt I will never buy another game through stadia due to this. It's a smart platform but if you cannot trust cloud gaming services to do simple 101 tasks like hold your game progress, regardless if it's a third parties fault in this particular issue, then when there is a real problem how are they going to act? I don't want that much invested to find out.

Mine got solved today, so everybody out there, keep the hopes up, they are still resolving open tickets.
Ubisoft was finally able to recover the vast majority of my progress last night! The game loaded like normal without showing the ghost experience promo. About 98% of my progress is recovered. I'm down one rank, and missing coins I purchased. After nearly 5 weeks I'll take this as a success. If your save is still missing keep up with the support channels, there is still hope!
