Hi today i launched my ghost recon breakpoint and i was if i was playing for the first time. My ancient profile disappeared and the game created a new one for me. What's going on?
My data still isn't back. Spoke with Ubisoft support this morning; they took my username, email address and save slot that I've lost.
Long story short - they were aware of the problem, raised it up the line, I have to wait and see, and they said they can't promise to get my data back. They have no idea *why* this has happened. At this point I'm not convinced it'll be fixed; they don't seem concerned at all. Their excuse - "there's a lot of data to work thru".
Pretty pathetic.
I am having the same issue. Can you please help me to restore my character and progress? I reached out to Ubisoft but no luck yet ![]()

I put in a ticket with Ubisoft a week ago, followed up yesterday, response below. It seems as though some have had their save data restored, fingers crossed. I know this is supposedly strictly an Ubisoft issue but this will be the make or break for me on the Stadia platform. Why? Well, I have a rock solid 1GB fiber connection, zero issues streaming anything else but have had at least a hundred glitchy connection issues with Stadia over the past year. The usual stuff, severe lagging, dropped frames, pixelization, audio issues etc. I consider myself to be very patient with stuff like that and still I'm near the end of my patience with the platform.

Sadly it looks like the game team is still currently investigating this issue. At this stage we can only suggest checking the game's forums for further updates or here for updates as well.
Tag them on twitter you’ll se the fast response and they will solve the problem in the matters of hours
I was told from Ubisoft that they are still investigating the issue - I cannot see how some users have their saves restored and others still not seeing this.
We'll just need to wait and see if they are able to restore the games.

My brothers had the same issue but Ubisoft was telling them it has been fixed. Be sure to login to the game to check your characters, one character has all the gear and equipment returned but is still Level1 and no progress/missions completed (so Ubisoft partially fixed). Other brother's character still has nothing after days reporting to Ubisoft.
By my count we're 12 days in, and this is not solved (for me, and for many others, it seems). Pretty disappointing.
Contact Ubisoft support, is not a stadia problem.
Oh I did that at the outset, and I do understand its root cause is apparently at Ubisoft, but I don't hold Stadia blameless. It's like if a car manufacturer had an issue with the seats 100s of thousands of its cars, and they said hey it's not our issue, so you (our customer) need to contact our seat supplier. It's their problem, not ours.
Well, I have done that. But I'd say the party that really needs to be riding Ubisoft/the "supplier" until the issue gets fixed is Stadia/Google, not me. The issue arose on, and uniquely affects, only Stadia's copies of the games, so it's still a Stadia problem.

My Breakpoint save is still missing. I have been in contact with Ubisoft on an open support ticket since May 31st, when the issue was supposedly resolved, but no luck yet. This is really frustrating.

NEWS: in order to get all your stuff back you need o contact Ubisoft support because it is not Stadia's mistake. I contact ubi and they give me all my stuff back and now I'm playing normally, like nothing appened
Same thing happened to me with my GRBP - super frustrating to lose hundreds of hours. We need a resolution!!

Yep. Looks like my player stats have been completely lost and my game started from the beginning. I think I was in rank 140+ something and now its at 1. I lost all the unlocked weapons, blueprints and characters. I do have an extensive playtime both solo and co-op. My friends have not experienced this. Its 06.13.22 and the issue still remains and no compensation credits or ghost coins were provided. I hate to have to do this to Stadia. There's still a bunch of us who believe in this platform.
Ubisoft reached out to me that they fixed it and it is just not true, so disappointing
I had raised the issue with Ubisoft directly too. Email from them yesterday saying its fixed - it's not.
What a way to follow up a terrible issue affecting an entire platform - radio silence for days, then false claims of the issue being fixed.
It's going from bad to worse for Ubisoft.
Same here. My support ticket said it was fixed, it was not. 430+ hours plus money spent in game still lost.
