Hi today i launched my ghost recon breakpoint and i was if i was playing for the first time. My ancient profile disappeared and the game created a new one for me. What's going on?
Same here. I have lost completely my profile
Yesterday I checked and my profile was back but weapons, gears, weapon attachments, and skell credits are all gone. I am worried that this is taking this long to fix, and the likelihood that we will not get many things back seems real.
I try now and all is restored.

When you say, does that include weapons, gears, attachments and skell credits?
Yes. I controlled now and I have all
- weapons
- skell
- missions
- xp
- abilities
I try to play some minutes, and it seem the game stores data again.
I just checked mine and still don't have weapons and all that good stuff back. I am in the USA. I will have to reach out to them. Thank you for the info.

My Breakpoint Unlimited edition that I have been playing for a year with over 600 hours, 2 characters with a rank of 70 and 72 and 250 XP has NOT been restored. The game is starting like Im playing for the 1st time. Nope, no way, this is totally unacceptable. Making us wait until whoever f***** this up came back from their 3 day weekend. Im done. If you or Ubisoft cant restore it, refund my money since I bought it on Stadia and cancel my subscription. Ubisoft support closed down Chat so i had to email them to get any help. Which they said will be around Friday. Nope. Im done. Ill go waste my money over on Luna. Ive never experienced customer service this bad ever. It may not be your fault DanFromGoogle and hopefully you can forward this to whoever and to show them they're are consequences for giving poor service to a paying customer.
This is far from an acceptable response. Too many people here have flagged the issue with Ubisoft, who seem largely unaware of the issue and keep referring them back to the Stadia Help desk.
In addition, you have not attempted to explain why this issue has occurred, offered a reason as to why the response has been so delayed, or indeed offer an apology.
I've said in a previous post - the measure of a company is how it deals with its clients in time of crisis - Google has failed spectacularly here.
This is NOT resolved despite the post on Ubisoft support forum saying they fixed the issue. Almost 400 hours of playtime gone.

The issue is not resolved for me, I am still in the same mode, please take some actions to get this resolved, because I am really getting worried I lost my game save name is lonewolf#9816

As the message of Ubisoft states it is best to contact Ubisoft to let them know it isn't resolved your issue.

I emailed them, no response. No live chat in the US.
Seems to be back. I had a game crash error when I first logged in after 10 min but I restarting was fine and everything was still back and in order.
Any update on this issue?
My data is fully back. I'm located in Germany. Hope this is consistent...
I am also from Germany, still everything lost.
Ubisoft support didn't even manage to give their first level support proper introduction into the problem. They are completely clueless about the issue.

For those that say their save data is restored, did you have to go through the initial setup steps to get back to the original saves? When I start the game it's still starting over from the beginning.
No JBob, 2 of our group did not and have it back. The other 2 still don't have it restored.
Still cannot believe that artery 50 hours of playing my save disappeared!!
@Medelcartel I understand it really sucks to have all of your progress is lost. The Stadia team is aware of the issue and it's currently investigating. You can follow the mega thread below for updates

Maybe your partner don't give feedback....other stadia support say to communicate with Ubisoft. Ubisoft don't respond.... Worst service from you and Ubisoft
Hi stadia , ive lost yesterday when i logged in to my game back to continue playing , i found out that i dont have my savegame at all and i had to start over from the beggining , what the hell is going on stadia, is this how you manage to take care of your clients , question is how do i get my savegame back ,i want it asap , so how are you gonna get my savegame back ,can you recover it ,so stadia get my savegame back ..............i dont want to start over because of your mistakes that you did .....![]()

THIS IS JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT GOOGLE SHOULD HAVE YOUR DATA STORED IN THIS LOCATION
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ATTEMPTING THIS!!! THIS IS JUST TO LET YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR GAME SAVE FILES SHOULD BE FOUND. UNLESS SOMETHING CATASTROPHIC HAPPENED, I WOULD THINK WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET OUR DATA RESTORED? IM GUESSING THE LACK OF A RESPONSE FROM GOOGLE OR UBISOFT HAS TO DO WITH THE UPCOMING MEMORIAL DAY AND GOD FORBID WE SCREW UP SOMEONES 3 DAY WEEKEND. I'd probably do the same. Any insight on this from the community is appreciated and I will gladly retract or delete any misinformation. Hang in there Nomad were coming for you.
I went to a forum on Ubisoft and found it strange there were only a couple of posts regarding the current issue of EVERYONE losing all their breakpoint data, progress or whatever you want to call it. I even tried to live chat with Ubisofts support team only to get a live chat support unavailable please Email. I couldnt find a link to email them. So after gluing my laptop back together ( somehow it threw itself into a wall) I found this post in a Ghost Recon Forum. THIS IS NOT A FIX!!! IM JUST SHARING INFO ON WHERE GAME SAVE FILES ARE STORED.
"Your save game is attached to your user name. That save data is stored in googles cloud servers.
Maybe you can still backup your save files.
ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A FIX! THIS JUST TO LET YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR SAVES ARE STORED. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EXPORT YOUR SAVES! Unless you know what your doing.
Inside that folder, you will find all the saved games of your games on Stadia.
i am suffering from depression with everyone's save having been deleted. I have had this game for like 2 years. it has old memories. i have raid titles. I cant complete a raid without the old dmr glitch. i bought cosmetics . I gave the game my heart during a divorce. it helped keep me alive. just like my marriage now my nomad disappears from my life.
