Hi today i launched my ghost recon breakpoint and i was if i was playing for the first time. My ancient profile disappeared and the game created a new one for me. What's going on?
Any update on the save games being restored?

Hello, I was (albeit shortly) relieved to see that the issues in ghost recon breakpoint had been fixed, when I logged in today on the 30th of May, however, this was fleeting as I quickly realized when I opened the store that none of my purchases where there, and I had realized that I had basically lost a decent amount of money. I have made up my mind that trying to replay roughly 250hrs of gameplay is a futile task, as I would be very unhappy about that… Aside from this, I love this service and it works well for me, but I need some help, a refund anything will work, thank you
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out fast, as I am planning on using my refund (god willing I get it) to buy Far Cry 5 which is currently on sale and ends soon, thank you
@GB23 do you mean that the DLC you used to own is no longer accessible from your account? If that's the case I suggest contacting support directly so they can assist you, since it's a bit hard for us here to check exactly what's going on

And the saved files? Do you think I can get back my 70 hrs of gaming instead of going on with my newbie character?

Moin zusammen,
habe in den letzten Monaten intensiv Ghost Recon Breakpoint gezockt, teilweise in Chrome, teilweise auf dem iPad.
Habe mit einem Charakter ca. 80% gehabt und mit einem neuen ca. 20%.
Wollte eben mal fix eine Runde spielen, da fing das Spiel komplett von vorne an (in Chrome). Auch auf dem iPad sind alle Spielstände komplett "weg" (irgendwo müssten die ja gespeichert sein).
Was kann ich tun?
Es wäre echt ärgerlich, wenn die Spielstände wirklich komplett gelöscht wären (ich spiele das Spiel seit Anfang oder Mitte letzten Jahres...).

Problem definitely not solved! My save is still missing. The support page of Ubisoft Italy say that there is no chat support avaible in Italy. Posted in Ubisoft forums, my post is still in the limbo to be "reviewed" by spam check (only wroted 2 lines of text in the most polite way).
I'm start thinking that saves are on Ubisoft servers, because Google services usually have the backup even of the trash of the files of Google Drive...
This issue is currently being worked on by Ubisoft.

Canadian player checking in - my save was restored this morning (maybe last night?) and all appears to be back to normal. I'll update again if it goes squirrelly, but I'm cautiously optimistic.
Everything looks to be back now, weapons, credits, gear, fingers crossed it is sorted for good now.

This issue is currently being worked on by Ubisoft
I have EVERYTHING back today. Highly recommend opening case with Ubisoft to get issue fixed. Ubisoft sent an announcement that "it's fixed" but based on comments, sounds like it's not fixed for each player yet.

Had the same problem, as soon I’ve been in contact on twitter with Ubisoft they fixet the problem in a couple of hours.
Per quanto riguarda la perdita dati di GRB sono ancora cancellati quelli degli account gruppo famiglia collegati all'account Stadia: i miei due figli con su centinaia di ore non sono ripristinati anzi tutte le volte che provano a giocare vengono sempre ri-cancellati...
Dovete contattare direttamente ubisoft, solo loro possono risolvere il problema.

So many hours of gameplay just gone. SO disappointing like I don't even want to check back and see anymore. One of my favorite games to play and now all my stuff and whole character and setup is just gone.
