Hi today i launched my ghost recon breakpoint and i was if i was playing for the first time. My ancient profile disappeared and the game created a new one for me. What's going on?
Hi, just started Breakpoint now (28th May) and my 100 hrs save is gone! Now I discovered this thread and seems that are 3 days that the mess is going... No official replies

i just logged on and i have like 300 plus hours and my character is gone what is going on!!!!!
This is a VERY SERIOUS ISSUE. What cloud data service can survive wiping or "losing" its customers data?
Im a founder and am suspending subscription untill this issue is widely reported elsewhere other than this forum as repaired/fixed/solved.
So long, nothing fixed here... My charakter still loses weapons and credits after reloading the game. Ubisoft updated their servers yesterday, maybe that caused this troubles. ![]()
I just logged in to the game and my save data is back, hope its not only me but all of you!
Check & confirm it's full back as this is still an existing issue affecting ALL BREAKPOINT players

It's all gone once again.
I thought it was me, but I didn't delete my character but someone or something did. I was at level 65, 2500hrs of game play. This really sucks Nomad and all her hard work is gone!!!!

For me, the most annoying thing is the silence. Neither commentaries nor excuses. They could have frost the access to the game with a message like "we are working hard to solve the problem", trying to minimize the impact of an access in the middle of the repair. But nothing.
Just tried launching the game myself and indeed, my game saves & profile have been reset from scratch! WTH? I hope they have backups on their servers!!! Otherwise I demand a refund and buy the game elsewhere… Cloud services supposed to be resilient. Google better fix this soon.
Thanks to a post on this thread I downloaded my Stadia data from Google Takeout. I can't check if the savefile (11 KB) of GRB contains my one-year playing Nomad but the statistics are readable: it's my saved game.
It seems, so, that the savedata are all still existing on Google's servers. Maybe somehow it misses the link with them.
I just ended a live chat with stadia support and told them the issue we are having and Jared from support said they were unaware there is problem because there has'nt been anyone reporting it??? WHAT THE HELL? So people need to start blowing up Stadia support and letting them know that this isnt just an isolated problem. Its a system wide problem that needs to be addressed. If you dont know how to reach Stadia support, heres how I did it.
. Click on your avatar in the top right of screen when you are in Stadia. That brings up a menu and just click "help". The Stadia help page will showup. Scroll down to the bottom of page and click contact us. Type in "Breakpoint saved data missing" and hit next and options on how you would like to contact support will appear. I chose live chat and was instantly in a chat with a support team member.
Let them know its a system wide problem. I though that James from Google guy supposedly did this. But anyways more people have to report the problem. It only takes a couple minutes so If you guys want your game restored let them know.
I also send a message to them, hope they can solve this problem quickly
They told me that this is an on-going issue. This has already been raised to their dedicated team and they're working on together with Ubisoft to have this resolved.
These guys are mental, here in italy they don’t know about the existence of the problem
I know, right? When I talked to support for Stadia and same for Ubisoft, they were both clueless. How do they NOT KNOW about it?

Everyone needs to do this to ensure our complaints are logged. Unfortunately saying so in a forum won't count for anything.

They are aware, but there has been no fix, improvement, nor new information...
Its bull**bleep** imo. If they are working together with ubisoft then they would surely have an update by now. I feel like they are aware of the issue but may be reluctant to fix it due to costs.

The game itself is still being advertised on their store which is disgraceful, they are essentially advertising a faulty product which is illegal. Considering they are a professional company I have no doubt they are aware of the issue itself, but the real question is are they going to do anything about it? I just bought the game yesterday and have already lost my progress. It's sad cus stadia is losing its reputation kinda fast now when I thought it had so much potential at first. Oh well, might just splash 800 or whatever the cost is on a PS5 (if they are even in stock).
I've sent them a chat message with the link to the community chat history. Let's see what they come back with.

Somethings not adding up here. Especially if they have contacted ubisoft at any point. You would think that two professional companies of that magnitude would be able to identify the issue within a week. My guess is they are aware of it but don't want to fix it due to costs (and potential backlash). It's sad cus I really thought Stadia had potential to be a great alternative to mainstream gaming. But they are treating their customers worse than both Xbox and Playstation. The fact the break point game is still for sale on their website, despite its major issue, is nothing short of disgraceful, and perhaps illegal (faulty advertising).
