Hi today i launched my ghost recon breakpoint and i was if i was playing for the first time. My ancient profile disappeared and the game created a new one for me. What's going on?
I wasted 100 hours
My son and I sum 150+ hours, including DLCs. Eveything disappeared.
And there's not a message or an oficial communication.
If they do neither solve nor give an explanation of what's happening, It's the last game from Ubisoft and Stadia I will get.
Probably they are still searching for a way to restore all the data and it's not a simple one-click operation. We are talking about Google and Ubisoft, I'm faithful they will find a solution and let us know something ASAP.
I've spent at least 300 hours playing, I didn't count them. It's my best game on Stadia and I'm shocked as well.

Don't get me wrong: I'm really a "Stadia fan boy" (fan dad I should say), but this is really sad and disappointing.
I also reported to Ubisoft and got escalated to their senior support team and they said their development team is working on it.
But yes, we need some kind of communication about this now. Dear Google, this may be Ubisoft problem to fix but we are ALL playing this game on your platform and need to know that you are holding Ubisoft accountable for this.
Gone for me also. Stadia support directed me to Ubisoft who are looking into it..... not really expecting a reply anytime soon.
I only have about 100hrs played but don't have the heart starting over again. If this can't be fixed I want a full refund for the game as I will never play it again as a result of somebody else mistake.

Ubisoft support posted it should be resolved.
If not please contact Ubisoft to let them know your save game is still missing.

Does anyone know if this affected other Ubisoft games or is it just Breakpoint?
As far as I know, only Breakpoint. I have just played at Odyssey. But It causes a real concern about other Ubisoft games on Stadia
Seems to be just Breakpoint, I checked Wildlands and the saved game data is still there

The same here. No need to say, I'm VERY upset. Had everything finished, many weapons and niceties, high level progress in the most Ghost specializations...

I lost "just" 60 hours - for someone like me this still means more than 2 months - on GR Breakpoint, but it's really painful to see how Stadia is managing this.
**bleep** can always happen, but you expect the guys to have all the instruments to backup savegames, and to communicate properly if the restore takes more than a few hours.
I hope they are working to solve the problem, so far I'm only sure that the communication is embarassing.

There are a lot of things that have disappeared. In fact, episode 3 is gone, for example.

It's really taking you unreasonably long to fix this. I hope you have proper backups of our savegames. Maybe you should learn for the future and give us a proper savegame import function for those games and an export function separate from Google Takeout.

I just spent 30 mins with Stadia support who directed me to Ubisoft Support where I spent another hour sending all kinds of screenshots for them to return and say it's a Stadia issue, Ubisoft was attempting to send me "difficult troubleshooting" steps for a game that's saved on the cloud, not on my PC and is affecting practically all Ghost Recon Breakpoint players...SMFH
Is there any update on this issue?
