I see Stadia is all about diversity.
In my opinion, Xbox has perfected game controller design. I tried to like Stadia controller, but did not work.
For next iteration of Stadia controller, can we have Xbox-like controller...please?
Yes, this includes user replaceable battery like Xbox controller.
If you have no plan to release alternative design, can you at least release separate wireless module that we can attach it to whatever controller, keyboard, and mouse we want to use when playing via Chromecast?
Hi there! Thanks for compiling this feedback for us. The best way to get your ideas in front of the Stadia team is to submit this as feedback within the Stadia app. To find this, open the Stadia app on your mobile device, then tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, navigate to the "Feedback" button below. Make sure to be as descriptive as possible. Thanks again for being a fan!
Hi @BlueMarble,
There is a feature called tandem mode which allows you to use any other controller through the stadia controller. You will just need a way to connect the two controllers together. Example is a usb-c to usb3.0 adapter, an adapter that allows you to connect a very common usb device to a usb c port. That will allow you to use your xbox controller on your chromecast. Not sure if a hub will work...I assume it will if you are only connecting the hub to your other controller and a source of power
Try and submit this one to the feedback feature in the stadia app.
I personally like the one similar to the razer kishi but more specialized to stadia. It will connect through wifi when your at home and connect directly to the phone if you play through cellular.
