@Screetpeep I don't think there's a specific best gaming headset for Stadia. From what I've seen, bluetooth headphones tend to have delay, but it's the same case for other platforms. If you have a pair that works with other platforms/PC, most likely it will work great on Stadia as well.
Corsair Void Pro is inexpensive and seems to get a reasonable volume connected to the controller.
I only use it for Stadia, my better headsets are USB only which aren't supported yet for chromecast play.
I just found those on Amazon for about $50, which is rad. Thanks for the tip!

I use the Plantronics RIG 500 PRO which is also compatible with PS4, XBOX and PC. It isn’t wireless but in my case I prefer to minimise the chances of getting lag.
Despite the price I would say it is worth based on the functionality carried out: noise cancelling mic (flips up the mic to mute yourself), self-adjusting headband, a game audio dial with a couple of adaptors for both PS4 and XBOX controllers (i.e. the PS4 one fits the stadia controller good enough)
