Not sure why James from google decided to lock down an "old topic" so I have to ask again if anyone can help me out? I have wired connection on my laptop yet I get pulled out of the game back to stadia home screen even with green connection. When it pulls me out I get a message stating " no internet connection." Games like Destiny 2 and Chronos do this to me and its extremely frustrating and really spoils the experience for me. Message also states if i get back to the game in 5 minutes I can pick up where I left off and when I do I'm dead in game, again VERY frustrating since I have wired connection. Any help or pointers would be nice. Been a loyal Playstation customer for 25 years and decided to switch to stadia being that this is where my friends are going. If im going to be loyal to this system id like some help please! From anyone!
Hello @ChaoticXIII,
Having a wired connexion does not mean you have a good or atleast a stable connexion.
If you have a green connexion but the error occurs, it's probably due to internet microcut, instability. Are you wired through Ethernet or CPL ? This is different.
Ethernet is more stable, CPL can have microcut due to electronics.
If you wanna check your internet stability on Windows, push the windows button on the bottom left corner of your screen, search "cmd.exe", open it, and type the following command : ping google.fr -t
You'll see results (that's an infinite test, you can stop it by doing CTRL+C or closing the windows.)
If you result like this all along, it means you have a stable connexion :

If you have a "timeout" or anything else (even if you have only 1), it means your connexion is unstable.
There is many things to do, don't worry. But let's start with that first.
