Games disappearing

I did the stadia pro thing and now at least two games I claimed are no longer available as free. Gylt and Dead By Daylight

@WiilerDad before troubleshooting any further, can you confirm that your Pro subscription is still active? You lose access to games you've claimed through Pro subscription if your subscription expire.

well...I had a free trial...let that expire...got another free trial....all the games I had claimed the first time came back up. during that second round, I claimed DbD and Gylt.....I think I figured out what happened with Gylt, but not DbD......oh well.....good thing I didn't get too far in either one

That shouldn't be happening.
If you claimed the games and your Pro subscription is active they should be available for you to play.

If this is not the case best is to contact Stadia support about this issue.

Oh and do you have this issues on multiple devices?

If you are playint with Chrome and a extension like Stadia Enhanced or Stadia+ you can hide games.

So, I see that they are no longer listed under "Pro"....I wonder if that has something to do with it.

Sounds like you are using Stadia Enhanced correct?

This has the tab Pro in Chrome.
I am afraid this is a unofficial plugin and looks like it has a small bug.
If this is the case please contact the developer of this plugin.  

Or are you referring to the store Pro page?
That only shows the games that are claimable right now with Pro. 
Those 2 games you notice are not claimable anymore but once claimed you should be able to play them.

I think you're right about "a bug". I know I claimed them on my account. Gylt is showing under my son's (Family Share).  I am positive I claimed it and Dead by Daylight....BUT....it is only showing under his with the Pro tab a the bottom left. I don't think I'm using Enhanced. just whatever I pulled up on my Pixel 4xl.

Anyway, the game picked up where I left off under my son's account. Maybe since I can access his google stuff on my phone, I accidentally played it on his account...I'll give them that. But why would Dead BY Daylight be gone? The chat support said they show no "claim" for it. It's just kind of weird when I know I did it because I did die like right away the one time I played it
