Pro membership but playing at 1080p
Playing Cyber Punk 2077 With a Wired Stadia Controller on my PC with a wired 500d/50up connection .
The Game Quits every 10-20 mins , No Error messages. I'm the only one the network .
UPnP is on and most Ports are forwarded for most games.
NVIDIA Drivers are up to date
Evga 2070 Super . 32 gb ram . intel skylake 6700k .
1 monitor viewsonic 2560x1440
I have tried Chrome 1st . very unstable in my limited experience. The Stadia App has the same issues
I heard you can play on Microsoft Edge . So i switched and it was glorious for a few hours then the same issue started again . game just quits . I have also noticed the Guns and the health stop working completely Some dialog choices during quick events don't allow me to choose . I figured out saving and reloading fixes that issue . have not found a fix for the game quitting every 10-20 mins .
The Controller does ask for an update but the update process does not work using the Stadia phone app or google home App . Stadia Support doesn't have a work around. And siting in Que with support for 2-3 hours is " stop " this is not a rant. back to my issue ,
Someone have a solution ?
Fixed all issues today by setting Port triggers & Virtual Port servers aka Port forwarding on my Arris router for BOTH 44700 - 44899 (TCP/UDP). Not a single drop
Hey @SelflessOne,
Sorry to hear your sessions in Cyberpunk get interrupted.
It might be that it's this issue mentioned by the Stadia team on Reddit:
Today it happened probably about 50-60 times .
Idea ? If Pro membership don't allow disconnects
Update : Today was the same about 50 disconnects , Sometimes I'll get 10 in a row every five mins . Other times it will happen Right when I'm choosing a dialog , only to come back to find out STADIA failed and made the wrong choice plus missed dialog . The gitchieness with the controller is also becoming a major issue . Stadia Controls just plain stop working
