EA DICE Star Wars Battlefront 1&2 Titanfall1&2 Apex Legends Hyperscape Paladins just to name a few...

The EA and Ubisoft ones are all do-able right now

Best thing you can do is reach out to EA and Ubisoft to make these games available on Stadia.
Hopefully some are already on the roadmap.
