While playing PGA Tour 2021, the games stops multiple times. I then get a message "Failed to Start game session", has anybody have any idea why this happens.
Hi @highburyjack,
Oh all games are having this issue? Looks like it is a home network or ISP related issue...
How are you connected? With 5GHz WiFi or a ethernet cable? If it is possible to connect with a cable we can rule out some possible issues. ![]()
Hi @highburyjack,
With what device are you gaming?
For the device that runs Stadia it is best to connect to a 5GHz WiFi.
Please note that the Stadia controller does run a bit better on 2.4GHz WiFi. ![]()
Hello @highburyjack,
Sound like the game is crashing on you... ![]()
Is this happening at a specific moment in the game?
Try contacting 2K Games support about your issue that the game is crashing I am afraid we cannot do much more here for you on this community board.
If they cannot help you can always reacht out to Stadia Support chat but I am not sure the are able to fix the game crash. ![]()
Thanks @RXShorty ,I will give 2k games a try
Best of luck @highburyjack!
Update: all games are crashing with the same message.I have contacted 2k,I am now waiting for a reply.I also have a second chromecast with Google tv, and that is doing exactly the same.![]()

I am connected via 2.4GHz Wifi, but I will try 5GHz. No way of connecting via cable, router not that close.
