Hey all, so I got a new Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4" 2020 tablet, I have the Stadia app downloaded and running, I have my PS4 controller linked to the tablet via bluetooth, shows up as linked ready to use in tablet settings but when i fire up the stadia app it does not find my controller. I'm trying to play on mobile data, I can use the touch screen on the tablet to play but thats pretty wonky and i like controllers. All the documentation says this should work......any ideas ? anyone get this to work using the app or am i going to have to use chrome browser in desk top mode to get it to work....
any help would be appreciated.
the ps4 controller works fine on my computer and ps4 with bluetooth. The stadia controller works fine on my computer and chrome cast. Neither work on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A which I have since returned within the my 14 day trial period. Per stadia help this tablet was not supported....
Hi @mrjojorisin, sorry to hear you're having issues connecting your DualShock 4. Is is possible for you to test the controller while plugged in? The purpose would be to determine if there is an issue with the Bluetooth connection. You could also try plugging in the controller to a computer and testing with an instance of Stadia on Chrome. Please give that a shot and report back with those results. Thank you!

Is there a way to get my Samsung Galaxy tab a to work with my PS4 controller and did you do it the regular way
I wouldn't suggest playing over mobile data, but my PS4 controller works fine on LG V60
oh yeah, I just play thru the local wifi, but thanks for sharing the control info ![]()
