At the moment there is no sign of Minecraft or Rocket League on Stadia, but you should never say never. I mean 120 games are announced for this year by Stadia, so maybe they are coming as well. Your idea with the wheel is pretty cool, such a support would be nice of the platform, but no idea if that is planned.
Anyway I believe it's best for you to leave feedback to the developers in the Stadia App or on stadia.google.com to make them aware of your ideas/wishes.
