Fraudulent behavior and no way to get in touch with anyone.

I have ordered months ago! But still I have not received my package, not my code and I try to get these people on the phone to no avail, it always says something went wrong, and no answer or even read confirmation on face3messenger or Twitter! How are we supposed to get in touch with Anyone about anything? This is utterly rude bull**bleep** and I want to cancel, but I don't even know how to do that! FRAUD is what this is!

@Royalgipsy : Which country are you located in?

You could try the following URL:  https://support.google.com/stadia/contactflow 

Then request a callback or chat.  Callback is usually quicker from my experience,  but it probably changes depending upon the time of day.

Did your payment went through? If this worked successfully, normally the shipping should be on the way as well as the code.

As this was not the case for you, you could get in touch with the norsk Google Store-Team to figure out what happened with your order. The only thing you need is your order-number, normally starting with "GS", you can find this number on store.google.com (click on the top right on your profile-picture and then on "orders") or also on pay.google.com, when the payment went successfully through (just click the transaction and scroll down to "transaction-ID").
