Founders code - never got mine ... . . .

So I have finally gotten around to setting up my Stadia parts so I can play games and I have run into a roadblock - I can not locate the code that was to come with my paid for founders package. The way it reads, it seems l should have received it around the time the controller kit came in Nov. However I don't have anything. No email, or mailed hard copy. 

I know we are F2P for two months starting today, but I can't get past the screen that requests my founders code.

Check your spam folders as the email might have been buried there.  Failing that, reach out to support, you'll need your original order number (you can see this in your order history on Google store), and you will also need to provide them with the serial number of your Chromecast Ultra too.
