Could you please help shed some light on the timing of when we can expect the invite code if our founders edition has been shipped. Many customers have received the notification that their Founders Edition has been shipped; yet still have not received the Invite Code. Any communication seen so far indicates that if someone received confirmation of shipment that they would receive an email on 11/19 @ 9am PST.
I think any clarifying information will be helpful to quell any concerns us founders have.

@TVE2020 if you still haven't received your code by now, the Stadia-support Team can help you out and send you one.
The only thing you need is the Serial number of the founder's edition (should be no problem, because you have it) and the order-number (you can find this one in your profile > orders on store.google.com or also on your transaction in pay.google.com).
The fact that you have your hardware before folks like me who ordered on Day One is proof enough that Google completely stumbled on this. I expect a lot of unhappy folks asking for compensation. I expect Google to so ZERO about it.

I ordered June 7, received controller November 19, it's now November 20 and they've "fixed the issue" but I still haven't received a code...
So let me get this straight: hardware shipped in order of receipt

Now they're sending out codes in order of receipt
But you nor I have received a code?
Doesn't sound like it's fixed.
I ordered the controller on June 12, received it today (Nov. 20) but have not received an invite code. ![]()
My Founders edition arrived today, pre-ordered Founders edition 26th July. Quite simply my expectation was to receive my code with my hardware, or at least via email on release day.
Don't forget to mention the 30 minutes wait for the helpline to respond to then be told that you cannot get the code because you don't have your serial number to hand! Thanks for that.
I would like an official time expectation.
Why are users getting stuck with Pre-order dates.
If you Pre-Ordered for the 19th November - Then all users who did should have access at launch like mentioned.
STADIA Please done use Pre-order dates as an excuse when you OFFICIALLY released on 19th Nov 2019.
As Tech giants you knew exactly what you meant when giving this date - Hence the general unhappiness around your users.
Not sure if anyone else noticed - When you installed the Chromecast Ultra your received an email - It should of been at this point there was a link to receive your Invite Code when using your pre-ordered account.
