I think all founders who haven't received their code by now should have their choice of either:
a full refund and keep the controller
-or-
have a 12 month Pro subscription for free starting from the date the code is redeemed.
I received my Founder's controller the 19th at 9 am. We were supposed to receive our invite codes at 9 am, but I patiently until 1 pm to contact support. I sent the request for Support to call me when it had a 1-minute wait time. Support called 30 minutes later & was told they were sending in batch and I would receive the invite code by midnight. I still don't have it! 24/7 Support Chat = offline. FB DM = Ignored. Come on Google! How hard is it to hit SEND?

Do you mean keep the controller and Chrome Ultra? What good would a controller be without the service? I agree that Google needs to address their FUBAR launch and FUBAR support response on the access codes delivery and its obvious violation of first ordered first delivered promises beyond apologies and vague new delivery dates. What should they do? Not sure but something. Maybe extra free months when somebody actually gets access. Maybe substantial discounts on games or free ones. Don't know how they can address the reality that a lot of founders are not going to get their desired names. Extremely disappointed with this rollout. I am waiting a day or so and will send mine back for a refund if the access codes doesn't show by weekend and if I don't get to secure my preferred name.
Sorry, if I wasn't clear. What I meant as the first option was that they give you a full refund to compensate you for the frustration and for not fulfilling their agreement, but you keep everything.
just give me credit to get a game.
honestly im going to the free level when these 3 months are up. so maybe your full refund option?
