Features wishlist

I've been a gamer for 38 years. 30 of those on PC. Here is my wish list for features. 1} support for ultra-wide monitors 2} integration with steam library, origin, and Uplay. {My library is big} 3} Google family library support 4} Nvidia Shield support 5) Xbox and Switch apps {I don't own a PS4} 6} support for YouTube streaming on sub channels in your account. 7} play library Android emulation over stadia 8} a version of Hangouts just for stadia 9} debugging metrics like latency and nitrate displayed on games. That's all I can think of off the top of my head. It's a wish list for a reason. I don't think we're going to get steam, origin, or Uplay library integration. That said, I'm not buying any games I already own. How about the rest of you? What's on your feature wishlist?

I want ultra wide support as well... Once you go wide you can't go back.. lol

My 2 cents on your wishlist:

1} definitly agree. I would like to extent that to a more responsive support for a wider ranger of screens.
2} This would be like as if you ask Microsoft to add games you've bought for PS4 to GamePass. The subscription-service UPlay+ was already anouced for stadia. But obviously no foreign shops.
3} they already confirmed that this will be added
4} Android TV support will be added with Android TV 11
5} Would be interesting if MS, Nintendo and Sony will accept a submission to their stores
6} already announced (I hope I got you right that you want to stream from stadia directly to YouTube)
7} That would be nice. Don't know how Gamepad - support will work for some games
8} ... or/and a seamless integration of discord

I would like to add a feature in your list. 10) Add demo or trail whatever (what's called) to allow us to play a demo or trail with limited time or feature before we make purchase of game.

So much yes to the ULTRA WIDE MONITOR they have to make this a thing.

Intergration with steam library would be an enormous win.

Hey @DragonTHC, I like your ideas of trying to bring libraries and platforms to Stadia, however I believe this is counterproductive to Stadia's goal. If they are to bring Xbox, Switch, and even Playstation apps to Stadia, this would require extensive and very expensive contracts with each brand, in turn only benefiting the other platforms and not Stadia. Also, those companies are not going to partake because, simply put, they are separating themselves in an already saturated market already and are the top dogs in the game. They WANT to be the focal point for ALL gamers and they make money when they sell their product. Game manufacturers on the other hand could offer something like UPlay or EA Access (like you u mentioned) a lot easier and with much more benefit to them and the gamers. I would definitely like to see streaming platform integration though as this would just spread the brand of Stadia that much more and show its capabilities to a wider audience, but I only see this happening once Stadia takes off and the newest games get released when they are released on other platforms. I love the idea of Hangouts though. I think this could be a seriously good step forward for communication between us all on Stadia.
