First of all, I love what you guys are trying to do with the platform and I believe that this is one of the futures of gaming. It is amazing the "time to play" (the time it takes between opening Stadia and starting to play a game) - it is incomparable with any console, for not wasting time with updates and other delays, which is a big advantage! The gaming experience has also been getting better and better!
However, it's hard to see you making mistakes that put this incredible project at risk. In particular:
App (Android):
- Critical: There is no easy way to search the app. I don't know how to search for a game, either by name or by category. I've known about this problem for 1 year, it's very annoying. It needs a search box and categories!
- Critical: game page needs more information. Why not add the YouTube video and the game community review? Copy what other platforms already do well.
- Nice to have: Better UI/UX. Where is the simple and beautiful material design? It lacks colours, elements, captivating colours.
- Nice to have: Profile Gamification & extra info - The user profile needs more information. Well, it could just be a profile like the one that already exists in the Google Play Games app! In fact, many elements could be copied from the Google Play Games app.
- Chromecast w/ Google TV support - I've installed the app on the new Chromecast w/ Google TV and it works almost perfectly. I've been using it for the last few months, although the app it's not available in the play store.
Stadia Platform:
- Just 3 free games is not enough to captivate new users, as it is not representative of the diverse gaming community. They need free-to-play games like CS Global Offensive, Apex, Path of Exile. With these games, I would easily buy the subscription for another game that I like and get paid (Especially Path of Exile and 7 days to die that I already play on other platforms and would love to continue with you)
- Steam Integration - There is a lot of hype and hope around this theme, without a concrete answer yet. Even on Xbox it is already possible to play Steam games from the browser. GeForce Now automatically sync to your Steam library. This feature can be a game changer.
- Listen to your community - Communication is sloppy and confusing. Players need concrete milestones to be comfortable investing in the platform.
- Most of the big brands logos that appeared in the Stadia presentation video do not have games on the platform. It has created a place of enthusiasm that you are not being able to respond to. Your fans need a commitment from you.
- Baldurs Gate 3 adapted to stadia controller and with a limited edition offering free Premiere Edition for a limited time would be a good approach. (As a D&D fan, for me it would be a reason to buy!)
This is my contribution to a platform that I love and see a future in. However, since I already have a PS4, I'm still not comfortable for paying for a subscription without having some of these points solved. When you fix these problems, I believe that, like me, many other users will join this platform easily!

App (Android):
- There is no search function as of now. You are right about this!
- Nice suggestion! Some more information about the game is always welcome.
- I like the UI but for each their own ofcourse. 
- The profile page has some nice info on it what are you missing?
- I think Google TV Support will come within time, LG will make TV's with built in Stadia by the end of this year!
Stadia Platform:
- Now they just added Hitman. Let's hope more will follow.
- Don't think Steam intergration will be a feature anytime soon as it a different platform. Sure Geforce Now works with it but the Stadia service is a different business model.
- Communication is getting better and better. Please share your suggestions with Feedback option.
- You are right about this. It is a pitty Stadia is ofter "forgotten".
- They started the new deal with the Resident Evil Village game. Don't think Balders Gate 3 is a good option now as it still in early access, but maybe later on?
Best thing you can do is share all your feedback with the Feedback option within the Stadia app or on stadia.google.com.
This way your feedback will reach the Stadia team.
