Fearing a Christmas surprise

So, Stadia works for me way better than I expected and I would love to try out RDR2, Gylt or Trials. I don't have any other gaming device so Stadia is really a dream come true.

I'm just worried that there MAY be some Christmas sales available soon and therefore I would lose some money. Now, I can live with a few lost euros but It would be nice to know from Google if and when they are going to announce Christmas sales.

I can join to your request, mate. I want to buy Creed for a kid, but not for full price. I know I've missed price drop of this item, but he didn't tell me before =D

They can never announce earlier or nobody would buy until it's up. When you buy out of sales you are ok with the risk it happens.

Please note if you buy a game and have less than 2 hours of play, you can get a refund within 14 days.

@Nilas that's good information! I did not know about the refund within 14 days if you have less than 2 hours if play!

@1timer dude... I'm just hoping they actually do something for Christmas. Their black Friday sales were weak compared to other platforms. So I'm hoping for Christmas we at least see some really good deals or even get something free. I'm still hoping for AC Odyssey as a gift from Google since it was the game used in beta and the next AC game will probably come out in 2020. I know it's still a lot to hope for. So I'm really just hoping for a really good sale.

@Xevioso

Current games on sale probably are the Christmas sale.

@mcnichoj I know, that's why I said I hope they actually do something. I'm hoping it's not the same as what they did Black Friday, but it's most likely that.

I'm too old to believe in Santa, so I want to believe in Google, lol! But I'm probably gonna find out Google's not real!

Check available sales. They are Christmas sales already. All the sales are expired after new year.

@SuperSonicBoi man I sure hope this isn't the Christmas sale. Right now Ubisoft has Assassin's Creed Odyssey Ultimate edition for PC for $42. It's still $119 here, even the standard edition here is $59.99. If the current sale is the Christmas sale, it's just as bad or worse than what happened on Black Friday. Just a mess.

I know Google doesn't set the pricing. But Ubisoft is supposedly one of the Stadia partners. If Google can't convince THEM to offer good holiday discounts, it's hard to believe that we'll ever see competitive holiday sales on this platform. So I hope we're going to see a good surprise before the holiday ends.

I'm actually expecting something because the current pro discounts end on Dec 25th.

@1timer  So how was this for a Christmas surprise? Some of the Pro prices are still pretty bad (RDR2 Ultimate for $79.99 here while it is under $60 on other platforms, and it's $39.99 on PS4) and today they ended the sale prices on Ghost Recon... MERRY CHRISTMAS! LOL
