Error when launching Assassins Creed Unity

Hello, my problem is that everytime I launch Assassins Creed Unity the game crashes and its saying that the game had a glitch and i should restart, What should I do?

Hi @Miska 

Do you see this error only with Unity? Are you able to open other games? Do you have other title from Ubisoft that you can open?

This error is happening only with Unity, I have other assassins creed games but they are working fine

@Miska There might issue with the server where the game is hosted (we don't know if all AC games are hosted on the same server, also depends on your region). How long has this been happening? If it's just recently, I suggest try again later in the day to see if the issue resolves.

Same here. We are some players to have this problem. 2 weeks for me I can't launch Unity. :pouting_face:

Same for me. Contacted Stadia support who directed me Ubisoft. They opened a ticket but no reply so far.

Hello, I'm having this issue too. I'm in the NA east region and the thing that pops up says that the game had a glitch and that I should relaunch it.

The mistake was not to find this thread before I bought the game. About two hours after purchasing Assassin's Creed Unity, a window pops up that "the game session has ended, if you want to play, restart the game." And it's like this all the time. I'm looking for a solution, but I'll probably want to ask for a refund. I practically paid for something that doesn't work.
