Error: failed to start the game session.

Hello, I've been using Stadia for over a year, problem free. Suddenly l, after purchasing AC:V I started getting this error message every time I play that game. It usually comes within 5-10 mins of playing and it shuts my whole game down. 

FYI, I'm using Chromecast with Google TV. 

I searched Reddit and these message boards and found no answers, im a missing something?

Any help with be appreciated.

I hooked up my old Chromecast Ultra with ethernet and had no problems. I've ordered the ethernet adapter for Google TV and am hoping this helps. Not sure about my wifi band.

It seems like in many threads it came from your router itself. Are you wired atm ?

Thanks for the reply. I'm not wired. Is using ethernet supposed to help? I do think it could be related to inconsistent wifi signal.

To be honest I don't think so. When you have a problem with your wifi, a message from Stadia clearly point it out.
It's not the same here. Could you please give a try using ethernet ?

Also, do you use 2.4 GHz Wifi-band or 5 GHz ?
