Hi Chris, Thanks for your response. I have opened a case about my issue after contacting Stadia support through facebook messenger. I'm still waiting on a response to my issue. Hope to resolve this and get my redemption code soon.
I also did not receive my code and now it's too late to get the free controller? I only signed up at that time because I wanted to the redemption code/free controller so I could play games with my family. I am waiting on customer service to resolve my issue.

Unfortunately I'm having the exact same issue after purchasing the exact same game. Still haven't received a solution. I sent screenshots of receipts, etc. The redemption window is getting close.

Just fyi, I received my redemption code this morning (Dec 7) after contacting Stadia support and opening a case through facebook messenger on Dec 3. Redemption code was valid, and my stadia premiere controller should be shipping soon. I initially paid for AC Valhalla through paypal, wondering if this error was related to the payment method or had something to do with the title I purchased... Hopefully participating in future promotions will be easier!
