Using a controller on Destiny 2 is supposed to have aim assist. However there is no option for it, or any sort of snapping going on ingame. It's really annoying considering how hard to is to precisely aim with a controller. I'm not a elite controller player, and I need aim assist to play shooters properly. It has options for Keyboard and Mouse, but those don't work on Android. I'm playing using an Xbox One controller. I'd rather go back to laggy Xbox Cloud than deal with limited controls and lack of aim assist in games where there needs to be.
Hi @CaptGiggles
The aim assist cannot be edit in Destiny 2. Despite the keyboard+mouse, you'll find more easy to hit the enemy, but it really slightly noticeable.
Most of the weapon have different settings and stats.i recommend you to check online (DIM or Little lights) which one are more suitable for controller.
I don't think you understand the problem here. Destiny 2 on Stadia has no aim assist what so ever while using a controller. I stated that using a keyboard and mouse on the android stadia version is not possible. Aim assist is almost required in shooters while using a controller, otherwise it's like trying to shoot with a rolling ball as your controller.
Hi @CaptGiggles
Try to reach Bungie support on this to send the feedback on the aim assist, but I just in their community that their aim assist is not editable because is based on some feature like bullet magnetism, drag that slow down on the target and auto-aim.
