So contacted Stadia support about this, I have no access to Beyond Light, as it tells me to upgrade to the deluxe edition. Then trying to play anything past the free play, it stops and tells me to upgrade. Yes, I do know to get NTtE you need to finish the Beyond Light campaign but i cant access, beyond the opening mission. after that it prompts me to upgrade to the deluxe edition.
So stadia says your past the play time, and states no refunds. Then tells me to contact Bungie, as they need to look at my account to fix it. In the mean time talking to Bungie, they tell me to contact Stadia, as its not on their end, its a Stadia issue. and all the while I'm thinking i'm over here getting screwed out of $80. If I'd have known I needed to purchase the Deluxe edition then the upgrade I would have. Heck, Stadia makes more money off that, as now i have to spend 69.99 and the 29.99, basically $100 instead of $80. but, well I'm the one stuck in the middle. Since I paid with a credit card my last option I guess is to talk to my credit card company as I did not receive the content based on the description of the bundle. Which I'd say would be false advertising, but hey I don't know. Pic added for example. This is what I'm meet with. I do not have NTtE, or even the other campaigns in the game. Its only been a few days since purchasing, thinking maybe it'll fix itself, but nope.
Not too mention, I was told no refunds due to it being a addon, and too much game time. the original support ticket i created was done with no play time. I purchased the Legendary edition, tried to load it up but got nothing. So thats when i open a chat feed with support and then tried to get help. Only to be told to contact bungie.
Any advice before I call my credit card company that has buyer protection?

First of all, you have to understand that both Bungie or Google aren't thiefs. Don't worry about that, they are kind, their support (atleast a part of their support) is just non-well formed, there is always a solution and no one want to stole your money.
It's probably because the Stadia Support isn't well formed (IKR as I have experienced this. Many people in this forum are more competent than them, sadly. Not a flame, though. For example, Stadia Support doesn't even know what Stadia port is used, doesn't know what QoS is, or how Hardware Acceleration does work with Stadia.). Just imagine, if they aren't well formed to answer thoses kind of question, how they can help you without any clue.

I do know this can be frustrating (and I'm frustrated for you), but both companies doesn't want to hurt you in any way and, sometimes, the customer have to proove that companies are wrong.
Also, another solution (as it seems to be a complicate situation) : try to contact the Stadia Team directly on their Discord. It might be a bit presumptuous to say it, but I think @ChrisFromGoogle would be the only one that can help here.

I only worry about a repercussion to the chargeback. Some companies have deep fine print stating if you chargeback on the credit card, you can be banned. I sincerely think Tier 1 support is great for stadia. And I actually love this application and what it does for gamers. But to say the least here, I sincerely have a bad taste. As I got 4 friends to join, and received 50% off a wasabi controller (love it). Not to mention pro for 4 months. I mean it’s great. But this sucks.
i did end I up buying the deluxe version a a way to troubleshoot my game. And guess what? Can you guess what happened, after purchasing the deluxe version, presto change-o I was able to play the beyond light campaign.
I told them that and that I was looking to do a chargeback on my credit card but still unsure as I don’t want my account to be banned

I’m having the same problem with season of the chosen, it literally shows my progress through some of it and rewards I’ve acquired in that season but they were all just stripped away it seemed like. I remember using some of the seasonal rewards too. I ACTUALLY PURCHASED THE OTHER IN GAME SEASONS LIKE SHADOW KEEP, BEYOND LIGHT AND FORSAKEN. Totaled more than the “Deluxe” package.
