Thjis is In regards to the current offer where you can buy "any game or game bundle for £49.99 or above [...] and receive a Stadia Premiere Edition (Stadia Controller and Chromecast Ultra)", the terms of which [https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/11198465#zippy=%2Cunited-kingdom] are as follows:
The advertising banner in the main Stadia client is as follows:
As you can see, it explicitly shows FIFA 21, Humankind Deluxe Edition and Assassin's Creed Valhalla Ultimate Edition. This advertising is deliberately deceptive:
As you can see, the current selling price of the game is 47.99 GBP and therefore the advertising is intended to be misleading. Does Google intend to honour the offer in the adverisement by choice or will UK consumers need to file a report with the Advertising Standards Authority?
More than a deliberately deceptive it looks like a pricing change mistake, since in EUR the promotion is over €59,99 and the price for Humankind Digital Deluxe Edition is set at that sum, maybe you can try to contact Stadia support here and explain the mistake!
Official Response from Google Support:
"In trying to see if anything can be done to adjust for this, it seems that the promotional requirement cannot be changed and it will be according to the promotions terms and conditions. Meanwhile, the price on Humankind, as I mentioned earlier, has been determined by the publisher depending on the region and this cannot be changed as well. While I know that it may be misleading seeing the game for the promotional offer, in other regions, the game may qualify which is why you're seeing it on the banner."
I would suggest that anyone in the United Kingdom files a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority to ensure that Google are not able to repeat any such deceptive advertising practices.
Good luck demonstrating how you can buy Humankind for £49.99 then...
Hello @PuffinRub,
It's totally possible to get this offer with Humankind but it depend on your country. In France, for example, it's possible (59,99€) with deluxe edition.

The picture does not mention either it's the Deluxe Edition or Standard (or others). There may also be a price difference between countries.
But the text does show a minimum price. It's clear enough not to point out Stadia/Google doesn't respect their offers.
Hey there!
Thanks for replying, but when I follow your link (signed out) I get the same price as shown in my original post - £47.99 - so therefore not eligible according to the terms of the offer. It's very tiny text showing the price you it's very easy to miss. I'm going to try a direct support request.
