Cyberpunk 4K Not working In Canada

Ever since launch night the game will not run in 4K.  Multiple user’s especially in Canada are experiencing this problem with no solution from stadia. They blame the game dev and the game dev blames stadia. I just want the problem resolved. Using VPN works but is not a solution. All other 4K games work.

Mobile Syrup had an article about this, and this was Google's response:

“During times of extraordinarily high usage, you may experience a brief dip in connectivity, causing your gameplay session to end. This is temporary, isolated to a single title and caused by an exceptionally high volume of gamers connecting to your local data center, which may subsequently route your gameplay to a location further away. When this happens, your connection time might increase beyond our threshold. With this being said, I kindly ask that you try connecting again in a few minutes as the situation should self-resolve as sessions open up.”

Spoke with chat “support”. They have no answer. Blame port or too many players. Lol. Is this a gaming service?  I’m not a founder and pro subscriber for nothing. Even at whatever resolution it is running at it looks god awful. Their lack of response on these forums and Twitter shows they are hiding something. It purely regional server issue. VPN Vancouver worked 4K. It’s server issue.
