Cyberpunk 2077 unplayable in the evening

Works swimmingly during the day, but at night it completely fails. Can't walk or move the camera without major stuttering and freezing. 

Have a good solid connection. 12ms ping time.

It appears that Stadia has a major issue with the number of Stadia players.

@zhud Are your speed tests against https://projectstream.google.com/speedtest consistent during the day and at night? Do other titles play okay within the same time range when Cyberpunk is stuttering?

It says my connection is great. Which it is, just not with stadia during peak hours.

It's not any issue with my connection. That, I am 100% certain.

@zhud Is this only an issue with Cyperpunk or are other games impacted as well?
