Hi, I live in The Netherlands and have purchased CP2077. I play via Stadia controller via Chromecast on my TV. When I start the game, it says that it's not available in the country where I'm currently in. I don't have any VPN on, my Google (Play) account is set to The Netherlands. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Edit: Stadia and CP2077 should be available in The Netherlands: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9566513?p=countries&visit_id=637432002848969555-3452660871&...
Edit: The literal error text is: Game niet beschikbaar.
My internet service provider just called back: they have a problem in a range of IP addresses that are experiencing the same problem. They can't access content that is restricted to The Netherlands, because the IP addreses seem to be linked to another country. They expect this issue to be fixed within 2 days, so here's hoping!
I just used a VPN service to connect to a server in The Netherlands, guess what, the game works like a charm… what are the chances, huh?
Hello Olaf,
I am also from the Netherlands and dont have any issues starting Cyberpunk 2077 on the Chromecast Ultra.
Are your trying to start it on your mobile, laptop/computer or Chromecast Ultra?
Hey RXShorty! I tried starting it via my Pixel 3A on the Chromecast Ultra. I also tried starting it via my PC laptop using Google Chrome. I get the same message on both.
Strange. Are you able to try it on your Pixel with mobile data?
If it than still occurs it looks like a bug in your account somehow.
It does seem to work while on mobile data, strange indeed! Does it perhaps have something to do with my router settings?
This seems logical.
Can you check your router settings for an option that seems related to that?
Well we just excluded the issue is related with your router because you tested with your mobile connection.
You should try to contact support with your issue.
Click HERE to go to the support page.
Fill out your question and press Volgende.
After this don't select any option en press Volgende.
Now you will see a option to Chat.
Provide the information:
This should give them the right information.
Just chatted with Stadia support. There seems to be an issue with my IP address. They gave the following advice:
> I've checked this already with my support and they said to refer you to your Internet Service Provider. There may be some changes in your IP address so it will register to Netherlands.
> […] also since you'll be contacting them you can change the DNS of your main router to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and see if it helps? Also, we need to make sure your firewall/VPN rules do not restrict traffic in TCP & UDP. (TCP and UDP are ports in range 44700 - 44899.) These ports are required for playing games on Stadia, for more information on port forwarding, please refer to your router manufacturer’s instructions. You could also search for “port forwarding [your router model]” and it should bring up instructions on how to accomplish this.
I'm now gonna check the router to see if I can fix the issue :-). If not, then I'll contact my Internet Service Provider.
Ok. Do other games work correctly?
I've only played demos so far, and they all worked.
Ok it isn't aIP issue... sorry but that sounds like a non issue.
Did you manage to explain this to support also?
So demos work. Free to play games should be playable (like Destiny 2 and Bomberman) only Cyberpunk isnt working?
I used to be able to play them. Last I played was a couple of weeks ago the Immortal Fenyx Rysing demo, worked like a charm. Now they also give the same error.

Wow. Which provider are you using if I may ask?
Thanks for sharing the solution!
Sure, it's T-Mobile Thuis and the issue occurs for IP's ranging from 62.166.128.[…] - 62.250.128.[…]. Hope this actually is the issue, sure does like it. Thanks so much for your help getting here!

Hi Olaf.
I'm experiencing the same problem. Also a user of T-Mobile Thuis.. I just called them and they said they are working on it. Are you still waiting on the same solution?
Greets,
Justin
Hey, still no solution. You can follow the thread here: https://community.t-mobile.nl/t-mobile-thuis-internet-492/stadia-werkt-niet-meer-327890
