Hi,
New game and new problem, when i try to load my save of Journey to the Savage Planet,the game just hang on, the music goes on but nothing else. I can't get trough the menu ( i tried different browser).
The game was working this afternoon and this evening not anymore....
If someone have a clue ^^

Hi everyone, please note that the patch that went live earlier today contains the following:
Addresses the issue causing save game corruption which were crashing the game when loading them at the main menu
The ability to detect corrupted saves in the main menu without crashing. If the player does have a corrupted save, it will now show as "corrupted" in the menu. By deleting the corrupted save, your game will look for other saves that can be loaded to recover some progress.
Fix to prevent co-op disconnects when suspending or switching devices

Its been 4 days and still your Developers not able to fix the hang issue on menu.

buenas tardes , el juego journey to the savage garden se ha quedado congelado en el menú de inicio , no se como puedo arreglarlo , no me funciona no en Chromecasy ultraje ni en pc , el juego simplemente no inicia, alguien puede ayudarme ?
Es un problema conocido y con más personas afectadas, se comenta más arriba en el hilo. No tiene solución actualmente, aunque según comenta el usuario @Ryo_S le ha respondido la desarrolladora y están trabajando en solucionarlo.
This is pretty ridiculous that this game isn't working. The whole point of cloud gaming is reliability in the cloud. Useless.
same issue here. the game still works if a friend invites you to a multiplayer session, but this doesn't seem to fix the solo game. Still hangs on opening menu when I select either single-player or multiplayer. thanks everyone for making this known to the developers and stadia support!

Really sad to know we seen such disaster on cloud gaming and stuck on game, i cannot not remove it, cannot reset it. It just hangs, hangs and hangs.
Same issue here after 98% of the game.
After a few hours of gaming, a break and a restart the main menu appears but when selecting Singleplayer (or Coop) the screen freezes. Music continues.... selecting option menu is fine,.
(On Chrome for OSX & Android on Pixel 3xl).. Restarted about 15 times.. Game is unplayable anymore.
Still not working. Freezing at main menu still. FYI
Agreed. Chatted w/ Stadia team two days ago. They gave me the same runaround (contact the developer), then admitted that they had no path to offer to do so. Chat guy offered to work with an engineer around the issue and get back to me in a day.
Guess who I haven't heard from...
Game still stalls when selecting from the main menu. Clearly a Stadia cloud save access issue which isn't present on the game at large (no complaints on Steam or XBox). If I were a betting man, I'd put money on 505/Typhoon nuking the Stadia implementation as a final FU to the team who bought, then fired them.
Just heard from Stadia Support:
"This is about the Journey to the Savage Planet game. I already have an answer about the issue. It seems that they will need to create a patch for it. However, we do not have any details when will they be able to do that."
So, some progress, but no ETA.

Interesting... I had started playing and had a few hours on my first of 3 save files (was VERY sad to see that local co-op isn't a thing for some reason) and of course it tells me that its saving all throughout my hours of play, well thats cool, I got back to the ship and close out the game and head to work. When I come back to resume my play, the save file is gone, I have no save files... wtf...
I was hoping it was a visual glitch, tried loading the first save file, seemed to bug out a little bit, didn't do anything but then I got it backed out somehow and then selected the 2nd save slot and it loaded up a new game for me -_- I quit back to the main menu and oh look, that slot has a save file on it, the first one has nothing.... thanks Stadia...
It's been almost two months since this bug popped up and there's still no fix.
Is anyone actually working on this?
Same issue here. If it where on any other platform, i could just start a new game but here, with the savefiles unaccesible, not only i progress lost, but the game can not be played at all. Great advertisement for stadia ![]()
Update, The Patch fixed my issue, i have now one corrupted savefile in slot 1 and had to redo the first chapter but other than that, it worked.Thank You.
Google is getting killed in the news for this... They sure are discouraging new subscribers from joining.
Really too bad. I loved it. I won't be buying any more new games now though.

After all this time - I still have same issue ;/
