My controller use to work fine then the third time I played it lost all connection. Sometimes it will work right up until I start a game. Once the game starts it stops working.
I have reset my router, added a guest network, restarted my chromecast, restarted my modem, restarted my phone, reset the controller several times and it still won't connect.
Well if you had a factory reset and a hard reset done I am out of options.
The only thing you can do now is contact Stadia support and ask if they can help you with a replacement.

I have struggled a few times. Try re connecting the phone in the app again. I guess you have tried that... Push comes to shove contact stadia support they are great!

I've worked with support for over 4 hours. They were unable to make it work.
Happend to me before.
Fixed this by hard resetting the controller.
I've done several hard resets and it still doesn't work. Any other suggestions?
