Hi guys,
I recently bought some game for Stadia and they worked fine for the first day.
I have a 200 mbs/s connection and ping is quite low.
First day was awesome ![]()
But unfortunately since the 3-4 days after I'm no able to play any games again...
I always receive when starting any game the message that my connection is not good enough and I therefore cannot start any games. I tried everything including port forwarding and calling our internet service provider to help fix the problem. The IT guy did somehow fix it for a few hours with port forwarding but the game ran in horrible resolution but now it's again not working. I really don't understand why it work so well on the first day and for the following nothing worked at all.
But I somehow figured that if I use a VPN connection the games work but not in great quality.
Also it works with the my mobile hotspot but the connection of my smartphone is not comparable with the 200mbs I have with lan.
I'm 100% sure that the problem is linked to our internet or Stadia and not to any hardware because we tested it with several computers and it work with different connections (like VPN or hotspot).
I'm living in Switzerland and would like to know if any of you had a similar problem and how you did fix it.

When I start any game I receive a warning that my connection isn't good enough after that I get another warning that it might lead to problems to play it with an unstable connection, then I can play for 2-3min and then my game closes due to bad connection. As stated my connection is more than capable and should handle this. I played today via VPN and it worked pretty good for 2-3h.

With the help of your reports, the Stadia team was able to pinpoint the issue specifically with players that have Swisscom as their Internet service provider. With that being said, a fix has been deployed, so please let me know if the issue persists on your end.

Tested, but the issue is still here. Swisscom Internet Box 2.
Leave the box unplugged for a couple of minutes then plugged again and it works for me! I have the same box!

My Issues with connection difficulties have been resolved!
I will see how it will work out in the next days but I'm optimistic the problems will stay resolved ![]()
I can confirm that the hotfix has corrected the problem with Swisscom ISP, fyi I leave unplugged the internet box for 5 minutes then plugged again and it works mint clear!
Wifi and wired in 4K hdr ! I do not regret my purchase anymore lol
I have just unplugged my Internet Box 2 for about 5 minutes and then plugged it in again. Stadia is finally working

thanks for working in the issue. I experience a similar connection problem. While trying to connect with stadia the warning with the connection pops up. I can start the game and everything seems working for max. 2min and then it disconnects.
I live also in Switzerland with ISP Teleking.ch. Maybe you can check, if it could be a similar issue.

Same issue but here in US, on Google Fiber Webpass in Oakland. Havent had the issue for over a year, until just now. No games load and it says "unstable internet conenction" across all devices (phone, 2 computers, WIRED chromecast ultra).
Also tried tethering off phone Verizon network and it didnt work, so shouldnt be an ISP issue.
Any help appreciated.

I testes again, unplugged the the Swisscom Internet Box for 10 minutes, also did an newstart of the box. The issue is still there ![]()

Tested once again this evening, unplugged the Internet Box for about 30 minutes to be sure. Now everything is fine, no problems anymore. THANKS A LOT!!!!! Stadia is a great experience and im happy now ![]()
