Chrome Browser 120fps?

Okay, for all Google Developers out there, SERIOUS question & to be clear I am not trying to be down on Stadia (I actually love Stadia). Why does Nvidia GFN now stream (over a Chrome browser no less) at 1440p resolution @120fps while Stadia can't? I understand bitrates and resolution are tied together but what gives? This is Googles own pipe line I'm talking about here. This seems like an obvious (easy) upgrade, what am I missing? Clearly, the technology is in place and it works awesome, so again what's up with that?

@Rodzilla8735 So I'll let someone else smarter than me elaborate more, but to my understanding when your'e using GFN, you're basically renting computers right? So if the computers have RTX 3080 for example (I believe Nvidia di this upgrade recently), then the game will be able to support high frame rates, just as if you have that particular hardware configuration at your home PC..

Playing games on Stadia is not renting computers. Developers need to port their game into the Stadia ecosystem and while doing so they may have been restricted on resources, so they decide to limit the frame rate and resolution. At least this is my understanding.

The account that allows you to play at 120hz is worth 20 per month. The 10 only gives 1080p while Stadia currently only has a 10 tier that also includes free games and includes 4K.
Stadia is currently developing with a view to using AV1 and new servers, maybe when it is ready it can look at releasing new tiers if it is necessary, although with the current catalog and optimization it may not be appropriate right now.

In short, there are other priorities, I don't think many people today would want to pay for a Stadia Pro+ to have more hz.
So it's not that Stadia can't, it's that I don't see it as appropriate, but if you want to pay double to have double the hz you could request it and then the developers should optimize all of it.
