Choosing a YouTube channel to stream to - doesn't show my channel and link is no use

Not sure if anybody else has had this 'challenge' yet, but when I go to choose my YouTube channel within Stadia Chrome settings it shows two of my four channels - but the one I stream to is one of the other two. There is a link that says 'click here if you don't see your channel' which takes you to a doc about Crowd Choice with zero mention of choosing YouTube or setting it up. A Google support guy appeared after a while and he knew even less than me - but did agree that the doc it sends you to is not exactly helpful.

I've tried logging out of all my Google accounts, but when logging back in to my Stadia account it still shows just the two irrelevant accounts.

Appreciate any help Stadia Sages! :slightly_smiling_face:

I am experiencing the EXACT same issue (even regarding the Google support guy)...

I've seen some people saying that we have to make our account a BRAND ACCOUNT, the problem is that EVERYTHING we have on our channel is gonna be completely deleted, which is an inviable solution.

I went through with the brand channel switch and I can confirm you do keep pretty much everything (subscribers, videos, comments/likes, viewing hours etc.). The one, annoying, thing which I do seem to have lost is the ability to use perks on purchased memberships with this new brand account. The problem is that the account used to purchase those is now a shell (as it passed everything to the new brand account) - and doesn't even have a YouTube channel. So even if I switch to that account I can't actually comment in a live stream chat as you need a YT channel! Have to say it's vastly more complicated than it need be which you'd sort of forgive a start-up for but - this is Google!

Oh man... That's not good. I will not risk my YouTube channel only for the sake of having it connected to Stadia. It's unfortunate that Google hasn't thought about a simple account switch on Stadia's Youtube Section.
