I usually play stadia on the TV with a Chromecast, and enjoy the game assassin's creed. After playing 60% of the untiy one, the game doesn't start. Suddenly From one day to the after. I've told this to the support and first they won't help me, they told me to ask ubisoft, but they aren't in a helping situation, so ubisoft told me to ask stadia. After asking the third time I was a bit angry and pushed the stadia support to help me. I had to wait a few days, the support is working on this bis problem. It's been now 10days left and the game doesn't start. I am sad and helpless and I hope, this problem fixes as soon as possible.

Do other games work? Do you get some kind of error?
Yes, all the other games works.
this is my error. I hate it, to see it. I have no email from stadia support and the problem stays.
@Lttlmsssph93 Is this happening constantly? Can you try with other devices (mobile device, computer) and see if you can launch the game? Want to make sure the issue is not with your TV/Chromecast.
If you can't play it with any devices, there might be some issue with the datacenter and/or ISP (maybe they change policy to block Stadia?), in which case, you can try to launch the game again another time and see if the issue has been resolved.
Hi, this game doesn't work on any devices. I tryed to play it every second day since maybe now 3 or 4 weeks? Nothing changed, always the same. And what makes me more sad than this is, that nobody from stadia like to resolve this problem. I looked into my help center and now there is no problem in work. Last week there where my problem on work. ![]()
Hi ! I have the same problem hère since more than 10 days. Only on Unity. I launch the game and few seconds after thé first screen ( the White text on black screen ) , that crash.

I am so sorry to hear that the game is continuing to have these issues. I just loaded it up on my account and was able to get through a couple missions without issue. I'm wondering if it's a corrupted game save file that is causing this.
I'm sure you've tried this, but I am curious if this still happens if you use an incognito window on Chrome?

I'm 12h in the game - maybe it's a Problem with old savegames (returning ubisoft accounts)?
3 weeks with 0 solution. Others players have this problem this December. Well, I love Stadia a lot, but this kind of problem is bad. It's only on one game, but I think I'll but another games if this is not resolved.

Yes I no longer play and I finish my abo. It makes no sence for me, to push this platform when there is no reply for solutions.

Hi James, maybe it would be a good idea after the 1st or 2nd crash (regardless of which game) to have a 2nd button appear as "send debug information" next to the current "Return to Stadia" button?
I mean, through a reporting system should be visible in the statistics when +-100 users are starting the game and there's eventually no activity in terms of data transfer or the like as the loading profile and saved game information.
The more debug feedback, the easier it will be to point out where it walks in the soup..

I've chatted with the Stadia support yesterday. Very friendly and pleasant chat, but with 2 results that didn't solve the problem but as far as I can see (and I hope that it's right) the problem has been at least recognized and escalated to "Tier 2 support" (whoever this is - sound good to me).
- in 20 tries I could actually start the game 3 times (why? I donno) twice on mobile (and then switch over to PC) and once on PC.
- the one session I actually played the game worked for about 10 minutes and stopped after this time

I was also trying to play the game today and I always received an error message, there was no way to start the game I have tried it a lot of times on Chromcaste, on mobile and on PC and I always get the same message.
Same happening to me since about a month ago

Same problem for me - on SHIELD TV, Pixel phone and Chrome on Windows.
