Can't play Stadia games wile stranded overseas due to COVID-19

One of the reasons I got Stadia was to have my games anywhere where I have a good connection.

Got stranded overseas and can't move until this crisis is over, but this is all I see if I want to play a Stadia game.

Is there a way to lift these restrictions to help us out?

I tried. Have a tunnel through my home and also commercial VPN, but stadia says that the connection is unstable in that case.
